Elixir 0.5 and TurboGears

Hi,

Just thinking, do we need to make any changes to TG to cope with Elixir
0.5? I wonder if TG should call setup_all() automatically, or if we
should add to the documentation that you need to do that?

As far as I see, there are no problems with Elixir 0.5. The current TG
model template already calls setup_all().

I haven't checked with the SA trunk (0.4.2) yet.
