How to change root url

Hi,
I have a Turbogear app with url structure like
http://localhost:8080/
http://localhost:8080/network/delete
http://localhost:8080/network/add
http://localhost:8080/storage/delete
http://localhost:8080/storage/add

I want to change this url structure to something like

http://localhost:8080/private
http://localhost:8080/private/network/delete
http://localhost:8080/private/network/add
http://localhost:8080/private/storage/delete
http://localhost:8080/private/storage/add


That is, I want to change root url from http://localhost:8080/ to http://localhost:8080/private/


Have any easy way to configure this without manually changing all url.
