TurboGears 1.1 development / project planning meeting

Hi,

we would like to have a meeting on IRC to discuss our plans for
TurboGears 1.1 and the organization of task as soon as possible.

Chris Zwerschke and I already had a short discussion about the general
vision for TG 1.1 and ChrisZ has kindly summarized this conversation here:

This meeting has shown that there are a lot of different ideas and
recent developments [1] have made it very important to have another
meeting before next Monday, March 24 or at least on that day at the
latest. Unfortunately next weekend is the easter weekend, so everybody's
schedule is probably already rather full.

My proposals for suitable dates are:

- Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 18, 18:30 UTC
- (Good)Friday, March 21, 20:00 UTC
- (Easter)Monday, March 24, 15:00 UTC

I would especially like to ask Florent Aide, Chris Zwerschke, Diez
Roggisch, Mark Ramm and Paul Johnston to participate if they have time
and interest. Others are of course welcome too, if they are interested
in contributing to TG 1.1 development or organization.

Personally, I wouldn't be able to participate on Friday, since I'm away
over the weekend, but I would let you know about my opinions/plans
beforehand ;-)

Not tomorrow for me (if possible). I am relocating just tomorrow and I
am in the middle of my boxes, but tomorrow I'll just be in the new
flat with all my mess and I'll not be able to participate easily.
Friday or Monday is fine for me.

So it's either Friday or Monday. I will be away on Friday and I can't
guarantee that I will be back in time on Monday, so I leave it up to you
to decide when to meet.

I will send a short list of things tonight that I think are important to
discuss.

Hi, as I said I will be off for the weekend. If you're holding the
meeting tomorrow, here's my suggestion for an agenda. If you have the
meeting on Monday, send me text message (Florent knows my number) and
I'll try to attend.

- Documentation process
- Distribution of tasks
- Sprints ?

Please log the conversation and, if possible, summarize results on the wiki!

So, did the IRC meeting take place on Friday? Is the outcome written
up somewhere?

If not, shall we have the meeting now at 15.00 UTc (16.00 CET)?
