Hey everyone,

The master branch of tup has been updated with quite a bit of changes.
In particular, the node-variables branch (thanks Doug!) and the
variants branch have been merged. Additional changes have been made to
fix some memory leaks in the file monitor. If you pull in the latest,
keep in mind this involves a database update, so it is harder to go
back to an older version of tup. It's also possible that the database
update will break things, so just make sure you have your project all
checked in before trying to upgrade tup. Given the amount of changes,
it's highly probable that something broke, so if you find anything
please report it!

Thanks,
-Mike

Hi,

Any timeline on when "variants" stuff could become available in
Windows? From what I see in git logs functionality (tests) is disabled
on win32 and when I am trying to build manual variant example on win32
no targets are built at all.
Otherwise pretty impressive project :). Looking forward to using it.

Thank you.

Windows support for variants is not too far off, but I ran into a
little snag last time I tried to get it working. Just need some time
to dedicate to it but I am currently busy with some other work :(.
Hopefully I'll have time to try again in a week or two...
