Difference between pages and posts

Hey,

So I have some tumblr code that puts disqus at the bottom of all posts - but it's also doing it at the bottom of pages (i.e specific pages I add in the editor). Is there a way to differentiate between them, or alternatively some code I could put in the pages to tell them not to display the disqus code?

to clarify, I only want the Disqus code at the bottom of a post, but not on a permalink page.

Hi, put your disqus code inside a date block, thats all.
