Scrolling sidebar with past posts?

I'm looking to add a scrolling sidebar featuring past posts on my Tumblr, basically just like Gawker's.

Anyone know how to make this happen?

Scrolling sidebar: Here's a demo for you.

I think you want a single post to show on the left, and a list of posts to show up in the sidebar. You'll need some JavaScript to update the left side based on what people click in the sidebar.
