removing/tailoring Tumblr Radar pics?

Is there a way to remove the Tumblr Radar pics from my dash? Or at the very least tailor it to my tastes/interests/preferences. Some of those images are pretty revolting or offensive, at least to my personal tastes. It's great if other people like them, no problem there, but I'd rather not have certain images shoved in my face without being able to choose what I have to see. Honestly though, since my Tumblr acct is for a pretty specific purpose, and I have no intent of diverging from that purpose into more generalized interests, the feature is pretty pointless for me.  Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you kindly.

What categories of pictures are you seeing that you find offensive?

I don't think there's currently a way to choose radar content, but, since the radar is becoming a place for ads, I doubt that the problem of finding offensive content on there will persist much longer.
