Why do the links appear in blue on this tumblr page?:

I have the same problem on mine. I am very curious as to why this is
happening.

Blue is the default link color.

What color would you like them to be? How about red? Add this to your
custom CSS (or insert inside any <style> element):

a {color: red;}

Thanks for your help. I solved this by posting the colour before all of the
link states, ie. {color: black;}a:link, a:visited, a:hover, a:active {
as opposed to after as I had been and it changed. x
