Unfortunately, this was a bug that I caught going through an audit of the codebase. The pagination and limits were supposed to work exactly like our dashboard requests, which would limit you at an upper bound of 50 posts. Anything beyond would drop you back down to 20. This is for server and request performance. My apologies for not informing the list immediately once these changes were out. I'm going to work on making sure that subtleties like pagination are documented and that communication is improved between the developers and Tumblr engineering when these type of changes go out. Please feel free to email me off list with any ideas.
