With all the truly technical discussions going on, I am a bit
embarrassed to ask a really simple question but the answer will make
life a lot easier for me.

How do you alphabetize the headings - they are all over the map on my
list and it makes my head spin.

Hi,

No need to be embarrassed - it's a good question!  You can't
alphabetize the headings automatically - the ordering only works on
actions. Mainly to reduce options on the menu, but I'm open to
discussion.  How many headings do you have?
