Admisisons by REI in Court

In the PDF document you can clearly see on page 08/18 that they knew the
order was coming in, then they I paid for it in full, that I send them
an end user certificate from my client that they rejected, then that I
paid for the goods and they had plenty of money on my account to permit
shipment of the goods. Keep in mind that at the time I was the REI MREP,
but that they were the exporter and manufacture of the goods.

In the Word documents, REI admitted to everything listed. They tried to
get cute with the admissions, but as they asked for summary judgement
and refused to answer the admission, then they by default were
registered by the court to be an admission. Hence, they confessed all of
the Admission in the attached Word Documents.

But as you can clearly see by the attached document that REI had the
money, and the documents, and they the delay was partially caused by REI
and partially cause by the customer in Switzerland refusing to supply a
proper end user letter. Nonetheless, I got the money, paid REI, and REI
sat on the money until the new end user letter arrived and then shipped
the goods. Instead of the customer supplying the legally required export
document they tried to harass and threats to get me to ship something
that REI was shipping, and to bypass the arm control laws.

Also notice the Damning admission in item 44, where REI admits that they
never contacted the U.S. State Deprtment to obtain the require license
for this shipment, or any other (this woudl appear to be a major, major
admission of criminal activity)
