hardwear- NOT any kind of DD (Destructive Device). Ammo, semiauto
handguns, a 37mm launcher/ NOT a DD itself-

I decided to shuck the Gummint when we had 5 UH-60's NOT doing
ANYTHING, sitting one the ramp in Florida durning Katrina while Chert-
hoff wouldn't let them perform rescue missions

- even worse, they staged a mission where they took 2- UH-60's
(probably 410k/ hour each), 2- 3-man aircrews, and DHS Public affairs
photographers, flew West to Pensacola and gave MRE' s and H2O
to a refuler and flew back EAST, then put it up on a DHS website.
People died while these buffoons dawdled and we watched on CNN.

Meanwhile, WALMART of all people was rolling truckloads of supplies in, until they were told to stop it.   Go federales.
