TSAS needs about 10 trashcans. Perhaps after your new city trash-cans arrived you have a large, plastic, barrel style trashcan that you no longer use. If so, TSAS would love to take it off your hands. Give it a bath and contact Liesa at lsm...@tsas.org if you have one to donate. Thank you!

Admission is $10 per person and tickets will be available for purchase at school very soon as well as at the door. Please spread the word!

Parents: if your student attended a private school prior to enrolling at TSAS, we need replacement copies of your student's academic records. Please contact your student's previous private school and pick up a copy. Student records should be delivered to our Registrar, Mrs. Lopez. You can also arrange for a copy of your student's records to be mailed to TSAS (3441 E. Archer Street, Tulsa, OK 74115).

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to TSAS Senior, Taylor Whittaker! Taylor has been named as an Outstanding Participant in the National Achievement Scholarship Program. This honor is awarded by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation and recognizes that Taylor is one of 4,700 high school seniors whose 2011 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) scores are among the top 3 percent of more than 160,000 Black Americans. We are so very proud of you!

Attention all students: The Advisory Group Halloween door decoration contest is officially underway! Advisory groups have until Wednesday, October 31 to complete their door decorating. Judging will take place after lunch on Halloween. Have fun! Be spooky! And creepy!
Hoodie sales officially end today. Please turn in all hoodie sale orders to Mrs. Hughes's substitute (Mrs. Murphy room 32), Mr. Okapal or find the debate team hoodie table at lunch time and turn your order into a member. All sales including money need to be in by the end of lunch today.
Save the date for Serenade Night! Our annual fine arts talent showcase and auction will take place on November 3rd at the Allen Chapman Activities Center (ACAC) at University of Tulsa from 6 - 9pm. Admission is $10 per person and tickets will be available for purchase at school very soon as well as at the door. Please spread the word!
Serenade Night tickets are NOW on sale in the fishbowl! Cost is $10 cash or check made out to TSAS. Buy your tickets in advance to avoid the rush at the door.
Senior and Senior families: Please plan to attend the Senior Family Meeting on October 30 at 7:00 in the Kaiser Library near the corner of Hudson and 51st Street---by the tennis courts. At this time you will receive a check list of what to expect for Graduation. You may pay the $75.00 that covers your expenses of Graduation including your diploma and cap and gown. We will address your questions about Graduation. Join us!
