Principal's Update

Dear TSAS Community,

I hope you are enjoying your first weeks of summer!

Here at TSAS we are making progress on the final preparations for the move
to our new facility.  While 90% of the packing has been completed, we do
have a few projects that need to be tackled before the movers arrive.

I have arranged two work days at the end of this week that will help us
wrap up a few of these loose ends.  We don’t need a huge crew, but we could
use about *10 volunteers* both Thursday and Friday of this week (*June 14th& 15
th*).  The hours will be from *10am-2pm* on both days. If you are available
to help, please email me at lsm...@tsas.org.

There are many student sized projects, but 3 projects will need adult
participation.

The projects include:

--Final labeling of items for the move

--Organizing and simplifying items for the move

--Inventory and organization of surplus books, materials, furniture and
equipment

--Emptying and organizing the PTSA paint supply closet

--Removing about 25 white boards from walls (*adult participation needed)

--Removing buried security bolts and weights from 2 outdoor picnic tables
(*adult participation and some tools will be needed)
