1)   PARENTS: Please consider helping to make the Senior Breakfast a memorable event for the Class of 2012 by donating one (or more) of the following items:  Egg Casserole (ready to be cooked, I will bake them in the a.m), bowl of Fresh Fruit (washed, cut & ready to serve), large tub of Plain or Vanilla Yogurt, dozen sliced Bagels with Cream Cheese, Breads, Muffins, Pastries, Coffee/Tea, large Juices (orange, cranberry etc.), large Half and Half or cream, 100 of each: plates, cups (hot and small cold), cutlery, napkins.  Monetary donations are also welcome so that we can purchase items we lack.  The Senior Breakfast is schedule for Saturday, May 26th from 10:00-Noon.  If you are able to contribute please email traci...@cox.net

3)    There is a mandatory Key Club meeting in the French room at lunch today.

 

4)    There will be a meeting for the ENTIRE junior class today in Ellen's room during lunch. Please bring suggestions for prom venues, senior trip destinations, and additions to executive council.

 

5)    On My Level will meet today in Mr. Stallings's room during lunch.

 

6)    Student sponsored Bible study will meet tomorrow morning at 7:10 in the atrium.

 

7)    Attention! If you pre-ordered Ex Cineribus, please come and pay for it at lunch! $15 per copy and it will be available tomorrow!

 

8)    Congratulations to Levi Smith who broke the TSAS timed mile record yesterday. The old record was 5:32 and held for 2 years. Levi's time was 5:23. Congratulations also to Rebekah Biles for having the 2012 timed mile record for girls! This year she was able to run the mile in 6:43. Job well done!

 

9)    Enrollment forms for the 2012-2013 academic year will be filled out during Advisory Time today. Teachers and graduating Seniors will be assisting the rising Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors in making class selections. Instructions will also be provided on our new auto-enrollment process available through the TSAS online grade book.

 

10)    The TSAS Student Art Show Opening is today from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The show is at The University of Tulsa in the Art Gallery in Phillips Hall. Phillips Hall is at 2935 East 5th Street. There will be art, food, live music and quite possibly a Foshee and Baby Gus sighting...what more could you ask for?!?! Hope to see you there!

 

11)    At last! Tickets for High School Musical are now available for sale in the fishbowl! Don't miss TSAS's production of Disney's hit musical opening Saturday, May 19th at 7:00 p.m. or the Sunday, May 20th matinee at 2:00. Tickets are $13.00 for adults and $10.00 for students and seniors. Go Wildcats!

 

12)    There are a limited number of yearbooks available for purchase before next Thursday's Field Day. Forms are in the fishbowl. Cost is $45.

 

13)    Wow! Seniors!!! A majority of you have provided GREAT sentences for your Graduation. Thank you. The rest of you will be contacted next week with a final chance to contribute your sentences. For those of you "skipping" on Friday, please come by Room 204 next week to get a copy of the information letter. For any Seniors who are here and have questions, just come by Room 204 during lunch on Friday--all questions will be addressed. A very special thanks to the teachers who took time from their classes in the last few days to help Seniors with their sentences. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
