1)    Attention students who entered art work in the TSAS Art Show: Please pick up your artwork from the Hogue Gallery in the Reynolds building at TU by 5 o'clock today!

 

2)    Fitness students will not go to the YMCA today. Instead meet outside of Liesa's office at the coffee bar.

 

3)    On My Level will meet today at lunch in Mr. Stallings's room. Remember to bring your art supplies.

 

4)    Mrs. Fields's advisory (all but the seniors) should come to Mr. Stallings's room at lunch today for signature purposes.

 

5)    Student sponsored Bible study will meet tomorrow morning at 7:10 in the atrium.

 

6)    Reminder to Mrs. Field's speech class, debate team and volunteers. Our Zio's night is scheduled tomorrow at 4:00. We will promptly begin interviews at 4:20. See you there! If there are any other professionals interested in interviewing for an hour, please contact Mrs. Fields at jfi...@tsas.org.

 

7)    Extra yearbooks are still available if you haven't purchased one yet. Please go to the fishbowl and pay your $45, and we will make sure you get one this afternoon.

 

8)    Schedule for Today's Field Day
*First 3 hours of the day (9:00 to 12:00) ~ run through all 5 classes in 30 minute intervals
*PTSA serves free pizza lunch at 11:50 (2 slices per person plus a free drink...any additional pizza slices will be available for purchase)
*Yearbooks handed out at 12:30
*Field day activities 1:00-3:00
(a) Ultimate Frisbee featuring Seniors v. Faculty/Alumni {Dan has worked out plans for the Frisbee match and will be communicating them shortly for those interested in playing.}
(b) Four Square
(c) Hacky Sack

This is what Field Day will look like.
1st hour-- 9:00 to 9:30
2nd hour-- 9:35 to 10:05
3rd hour-- 10:10 to 10:40
4th hour-- 10:45 to 11:15
5th hour-- 11:20 to 11:50
Lunch--11:50-12:30
Yearbook Delivery--12:30 Students go to their 5th hour classes til 1:00 dismissal to the field
Field Day Games--1:00-3:00

9)    Seniors, their parents and faculty members are invited to the Senior Breakfast, to be held this Saturday, May 26th, from 10 am to noon. The breakfast will be held at the Connelly home, 1912 S. Detroit Ave. Traditionally, Junior families and interested underclassmen families have provided the breakfast. 10)    Seniors: REMEMBER that Graduation rehearsal is next Wednesday at 4:00 --- other groups' events follow us, so we must finish promptly. Seniors who intend to walk at graduation must attend the rehearsal!
