• Art Show Opening:  Thursday, May 16, 4:00-6:00 pm at the Alexandre Hogue Gallery at the University of Tulsa
• Disney's Beauty and the Beast: Saturday, May 18, 7:00-9:00 pm at Tulsa Little Theatre, 1511 S. Delaware

Student Announcements:

1)  Potluck Agenda/Timeline

Agenda/Timeline

• At lunchtime, report to advisory room, set up for 10 min, and release to buffet
  
• The buffet parade will begin 10 min after lunch normally starts
  
• The buffet will close 15 minutes before 4th hour at which time everyone will go back to their own advisory location
  
• Clean up will begin 10 minutes before 4th hour
  
• 4th hour should proceed as scheduled
  

2)  The annual TSAS Art Show opens today!  Join us from 4:00-6:00 pm for an afternoon of art and music by the jazz combo before you head down to Mayfest. We will be at the Alexandre Hogue Gallery (5th & College), Phillips Hall, at The University of Tulsa. This only happens once a year, so don't miss out!

3)  The TSAS Spring Concert is this Sunday, May 19 at the Jazz Hall of Fame.  The concert starts at 5:00 with a professional combo and the TSAS Jazz Ensembles will start playing after intermission, around 5:45.  Hope to see you there!  

4)  Tickets for Beauty and the Beast are now on sale in the office!  Don't wait to stand in line at the oh-so-small theatre lobby when you can buy them in advance here.  Shows are this Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon at the Tulsa Little Theatre, 1511 S. Delaware. Tickets are $10.00 for students and seniors, 65 & over and under 3 are free.  All others are $12.00.  Hope to see you there!

 

5)  Game Club will NOT meet today after school in order to facilitate clean up and removal of Potluck food from the building.

6)  OML will meet during lunch on Friday in Mrs. Hughes's room.

7)  Correction:  Key club will NOT meet today due to the Potluck.  

8)  Yearbooks are on sale in the office. Cost is $45, cash or check.  Hurry to reserve yours for next week's Field Day!

9)  The TSAS Orchestra will be performing in the evening on May 23rd at Top That Pizza (Tulsa Hills location) to raise money for the PTSA.  Please come out to enjoy dinner and fine music with your family!

10)  Key Club will be having a swim suit drive for the Laura Dester Shelter. We would love new or gently used swim suits. There will be a box in the front hall way.  

11)  Weather permitting, Garden Club will meet today after school to plant vegetables.  All are welcome to attend.

12)  The deadline to sign up for the Galapagos Adventure with Profe Hahn and Ms. Block is May 31, 2013.   Go to www.explorica.com/Lewis-3207 to see further details regarding itinerary, price, and flexible payment plans and to sign-up!
