Removing Centralised Journal

[Albert Cervera i Areny]

A patch for removing the centralised counterpart functionality is ready [1] as previously explained [2].

 

Given that we're talking about removing an existing feature, it be nice if people have arguments in favor of keeping the functionality before it gets removed.
