> A special THANK YOU to those of you  signed up to take part in our service at Westhampton Memorial Park on Saturday, November 10. It promises to be a moving ceremony!! Please take a moment to review the flyer below and note the following:

> We WILL NOT be serving pizza as was done last year prior to the practice at St. Mary's. This was done last year because the service immediately followed Scouting For Food Bags In that year.

> We WILL be meeting at 12:45 PM at St. Mary's to run through the Scout's participation in this service. This includes ALL SCOUTS AND LEADERS signed up to participate whether they have a speaking role or not.

> Scouts should plan to stay following the ceremony that lasts from 2:00-2:30 to place flags at the graves of veterans. As one who participated with my son for the first time last year, I can tell you that this is as meaningful as anything in the service to those who participate.

> We have just been through a process that many men and women have made great sacrifices to preserve. Let's show our thanks!!

> Saturday November 10th
> 2:00 PM – 4:00 Noon
> Westhampton Memorial Park

> On Saturday November 10th from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, the Boy Scouts of Troop # 737 have been asked to assist in the honoring of our service Veterans.

> During these hours scouts will lead a short Memorial Service followed by time during which we will place American Flags on sites of the more than 800 veterans that have been laid to rest in Westhampton Memorial Park.

> Scouts participating in the event are asked to meet at the St. Mary's Scout Shed at 12:45 Noon.

>    Practice Veterans Day Memorial Service> 1:00 – 1:30 pm at Scout Shed
>    Depart to Westhampton Memorial Park> at 1:35 pm Sharp

>    Veterans Day Memorial Service> 2:00 – 2:30 PM at Westhampton Memorial Park    
>    Flag Placement > 2:30 -4:00 pm at Westhampton Memorial Park
>    **** Pick Up At 4:15 Sharp at Westhampton Memorial Park Office
>         (Office Bldg located at Center of Property near Tall Flag Pole with US Flag)

> Class A Uniform is required.
> (NOTE: Wear Long Sleeve/Thermal Shirts UNDER Uniform. Wear your uniform so that all can see..)
