Smart Section query

Hi, 

I am using a workflow to populate smart section fields in Tririga 10.2. It works fine when I populate them. But when I am trying to use this workflow to clear the fields (Deassociating them before using Modify Records step to clear the smart section fields), it does not clear the smart section fields.

Any ideas on how to clear smart section fields using a workflow?

Check if it has reverse association. If so you have to de associate reverse association too.

Aniket,
To clear a smart section you need to use a 'Delete Reference' workflow
task.

Thanks for your reply.

I did de-associate reverse associations as well but still no results. It still throws an error in "Modify Records" task. Is there any other task I can use?
