Happy New Year, everyone! What better way to start off 2010 then to show up at the Sunday morning 10 miler at Green Springs Park! No need to worry about pace - we can always break into groups - and if you want to shorten the run there are lots of options for accomplishing that too!

Most of all, this is just a great opportunity for a training run that can be social too. So, spread the word! Go to our website at www.tricredibles.com to get to the link to the map if you like.

I thought I saw a post somewhere that it's gonna be cold Sunday. It's 17 up here in Idaho, with a foot of snow over a good thick layer of ice. I'll welcome just about any other weather than that for a run! Looking forward to seeing you all again!

Hope you all have a great start for 2010!

I think that a better way to start the New Year would be in the loving
arms of my wife, surrounded by my children, watching the sun set on a
beach on St. John...
