Rich Internet Applications Developer

Candidate Description: - Expert in web development from concept to
code with an excellent intuition for user interfaces and the user
experience. - Self-motivated problem solver with a strong eye for
detail. - Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a
small, focused team. - Loves music, familiar with the digital media /
music landscape, and a potential user of the product. - Familiarity
with agile methods – including test automation, iterative delivery and
continuous integration.

Skills / Qualifications: - Mastery of one or more of the following
technologies: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and Flex/
ActionScript and can provide a strong portfolio of previous work. -
Expert in modern web frameworks (including Ruby on Rails) and
relational databases. - Knowledge of current and emerging web
standards.
