Fall THSUA Meeting

Greetings Everyone!

Welcome back to fall, classes and of course: Ultimate. Firstly, allow
me to apologize for waiting so long to get this informational e-mail
out. I've been adjusting to a new job, and while it's been good, it's
zapped all my time.

So, to the point: There will be a THSUA board meeting this coming
Thursday (October 2nd) at 6pm, in the conference room of Cardinal
Gibbons High School. The purpose of this meeting is to plan out any
fall league play, and the Autumn Classic (our first tournament of the
season).

If you cannot attend, but have ideas/comments/suggestions, please e-
mail them to me and they'll be brought up and discussed at the
meeting.

New folks to the list: Thanks for your interest in Triangle High
School Ultimate. Our board meetings are open to anyone that wants to
attend. We encourage anyone interested in triangle ultimate to attend
and help us decide how to proceed. To be included in any league play
or tournaments, you must either attend a board meeting, or send me
some kind of response to this e-mail letting me know your team would
like to be involved and what kind of schedule you can support along
with any other information you think relevant.

Tournament Bids will be given to those involved in league play first,
followed by local teams, and then to out of area teams. So if you're
team is able to participate in league play, that is the best way to
ensure a bid to our tournaments.

Additions and Removals from this list: If you're no longer affiliated
with a school team in the area (Thomas, you come to mind here), get me
a contact of a current captain or coach so I may stay in touch with
your former team. Do this as soon as possible, and please forward
this e-mail along to anyone that may be interested in seeing it.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know. I've been
really slow in getting back to people via e-mails the past couple of
weeks, but that has changed, and I'm back on top of things.
