I'm going to do around 25 miles at or around 16mph average. Leaving the Lowe's Foods at Hwy 150 and North Church St at 3:00 pm. Legs are a little sore from today's ride so need to shake them out with another tomorrow.

US Pro road championship

Today was the US Pro road championship in Greenville, SC. There aren't a lot of chances to see the best US pro cyclists – including those who spend the majority of their season in Europe – race in the US, and this is one of them. This year's race was particularly good, with Timmy Duggan of Liquigas soloing to a well-deserved win.... more »

We will meet at the Farmers Market, ready to ride at 6:00. You can ride any of the various routes and speeds that you would like to try, however, I will be going 25 miles and will average 14.5-15.5mph. Where are the peeps that ride the Sunday rides ?

Great ride to all that managed to make it. We had 35 people show up to ride this morning......and quickly break into about 3 groups. The faster riders managed to get a few extra miles in ( reading was not in their bag of tricks today ) but they did catch us at the rest stop. As we left Madison, a very nice policeman decided to lead us out of town and stopped traffic at the intersections of us. We need to go back up there sometime and thank him for his kindness. All in all it was a good ride with some great people. If any of you took any pictures....please post them.... more »

15-20 miles easy pace. This sat kens bike shop w-s. For ms training
ride. This sun meet @ Walgreens corner of 220 & 150 ride 30 miles

Hello All, Weather permitting, Les's 10 AM Tues ride is on. If we need to cancel, I will send an email by 9 am. The route is between 32-36 miles, avg of 15-16 mph. There are no cue sheets as Les makes up the route as we go, but it is no drop in that we will regroup at stops. Always some hills (good for you!) and always a good ride!... more »

condition with some visible wear on the printed logos. The lowest price I
