Roaming Ride

The Roaming Ride is back next week. Thursday 3/18 at Grandover, in the parking lot adjacent to the traffic circle. Roll at 5:30 PM on the dot.*

We'll ride 90 minutes, as a group, at a steady, middling pace (16-17 mph). It's not a no-drop ride, but I'll have cue sheets. If the weather looks threatening I'll send an update by 3 PM the day of the ride.

A reminder (or primer for newbies): This is a friendly, non-competitive, safe ride that's all about finding new roads to ride. 

*In keeping with tradition, I turn off my cell phone 1/2 hour before we ride, so 1) I don't have to field calls from anguished riders pleading for me to tell 20 people to wait, because the caller didn't leave work on time, and 2) I don't have to deal with the terrible guilt that would result from saying no, which is what I would say if my cell phone were on.
