Subject: Tweed Ride & Swap meet

Please mark your calendars for Sunday, October 28th for Cycles de Oro's 3rd annual Tweed Ride.  We have many things planned for the event including a new "Pre-Tweed Ride and Brunch" at Godino's in Summerfield.  It's well worth the effort of getting up to sample the wonderful goodies they have to eat.  Yes, there will be scones, and they're tasty.  The Swap meet will start later in the day at Cycles de Oro.  If you have a plethora of bicycle parts, accessories and gear, look to unload them here!  Vendors fee is a mere $15.00 and will get a table (first come first served, but we have quite a few to provide).  I know I'll be unloading a lot of cycling stuff that needs new homes.

I promise to provide more information on this as we get it all ironed out and onto a flyer.  I can provide more through direct emails or you can stop by the shop.

P.S.  So, you ask, what is a Tweed Ride???  It's something casual, fun and mainly to celebrate the more eccentric side of British cycling.  Dig out that old Raleigh, Butler, or Dawes.  If you don't have something British, well, show up on something.  It's supposed to be fun!  And remember, wear your TWEED!!!!
