Dentist's office. Tomorrow. We'll roll at 1:00 p.m. sharp. No drop ride.
14 - 16 avg. 30 - 32 miles. No wind, no rain and 54 degrees. Awesome!

Hi All,

 

I can't lead the normal ride tomorrow but I do plan to do an easy recovery ride of 20 - 25 miles leaving from my house at 1:30.   (NOTE TIME CHANGE)   We'll ride through Starmount Forest and Hamilton Lakes and make up the route as we go.  This will be an easy going ride.  I need to recover from Les's  brutal pace from this morning.

Hi all!
My husband (Dale Roach) asked me to send a note that would hopefully include the cycling group he rides with from the dentist office/church on Lake Brandt Road (Les and Jeff?).

 

Dale is going to do this 200-miles-in-1-day ride from Greensboro to Myrtle Beach on Saturday, June 16th. There will be SAG wagons (I'm driving one) and support, but the only caveat is that each cyclist has to figure out how he/she is going to get back home on their own.
