Thanksgiving turkey update: I will be putting in my final
Thanksgiving turkey order june 18th; I will only be ordering 20% over
the total preorder so if you definitely want a Thanksgiving turkey you
need to have your deposit in by June 18, 2013. Sorry about the major
preplanning but it is a necessity for a small farm.
We have decided to use an old travel trailer or preferably toy box for
the processing unit….already plumbed, already wired, we will just
retrofit with counters and larger sink. If you know of one let me
know, it can be old but still intact. We will be gutting the majority
of it, but I do need the plumbing, electricity, heating and air
somewhat intact. Heat during Thanksgiving harvest I don’t know what I
will do!!! I usually freeze my touché off!!
