Unable to access trends.earth server

Dear all,

I am a new user

I am not  able to access the trends.earth server. I'm getting two following messages 

Task failed: Trends.earth API call

Error: unable to send dowload request to trends.earth SERVER

i am using QGIS 3.40.10 and trends.earth 2.1.16

Plz suggest the solution.

Good evening! I am using QGIS 3.44.9 (Soloturn) and Trends.Earth 2.2.10. 
First, ensure that you have registered for Trends.Earth (Step1) and Enter Username and Password (step 2).

Second, keep your data somewhere.

Third, press windows botton + R and Run %AppData%, find the folder for your QGIS version, and delete if you wish to install QGIS 3.44.9. Ensure you have stable network connection and install Trends.Earth plugins. 

Then search for Trends.Earth API Dashboard and longin using your email and password. 

Recommendation
If you have executed many scripts on Trends.Earth, please use new email and password and run require scrpts, then wait for sometime.
