Well, first of all: great. Really really great stuff and well done to anyone who did this.
Parsing has never seemed simpler.
I am actually reading llvm and kaleidoscope at the moment and found that clang for example (as kaleidoscope, a toy language) uses recursive descent parsing. I was already relieved at that because all that yacc stuff was always so incomprehensible.
Anyway, since i am porting kaleidoscope (1000 lines of c++) to ruby, i stumbled across this. And since kaleidoscope is somewhat like ruby i was wondering to maybe take it further.
So the question is, does anyone know of even a partial ruby treetop grammar. I looked at ruby's ebnf and got shocked, but maybe a subset ?
Even a similar oo language that i could use as a start would be nice.
Thanks
Torsten
