Subject: Smurf town in Spain votes to stay blue
An item on Boing-Boing alerted me to this:
The small city of Juzcar in southern Spain was painted blue as a film location for The Smurfs movie. Sony Pictures offered to repaint all the homes but the residents voted yesterday to stay blue.
