Title says it.  I can access the topic list or summaries, but not the posts - a blank page appears.  Same happened when I tried to post this as a new topic.  Anyone else having problems?

Hi Mac,

Do you mean on the Google Groups pages? If so, no problems for me. This page shows your post below:

Roger.

Right, I seem to have worked round that by switching to Google Chrome,
Google's own browser, and that lets me in as normal. Does this mean
that Internet Explorer users cannot now access Google Groups fully?

Hi Mac,

It was working for me because I also use Google Chrome (I think you'll find most things a lot faster with this browser!), but I've just tested with Windows XP + Internet Explorer 8 and I'm also having problems, even after clearing all cookies and the cache.

I'm sure this must be temporary though, because I can't find anybody mentioning this probem around the Net.

Roger.

I couldn’t get it to work using IE9, either.

One thought, didn’t Google implement a new privacy policy recently? Wasn’t it even 1 March 2012?

Regards

Stewart
Roger.

Well, you were right - it was temporary. Back to normal now - ie IE!
I've tried Chrome in the past, but it's not the speed of the browser
but the speed of the connection that limits things here in the wilds.
Bit of a disruption, losing all my cookies and aquiring an extra
Google account. I may get round to unsubscribing from one of them.

BTW, in the course of all this, I was directed to the 'new' Google
Groups format. It's natural to prefer the familiar, but the 'new'
topic list wasn't up to date, omitting this topic and the parallel one
I started. I hope they don't get rid of the old format before this is
sorted.

Hi Mac,

I'm also on the new format and (with Chrome) I can see all recent topics, even the message you just posted below.

Roger.
