Hello there,

We will be visiting Madrid next June and would like to visit the Snow
Zone. We have browsed the website but it seems it has only Spanish
version. We had to use google translation to understand the services
but still it was too hard..I have contacted with the center but no
reply so far...I have a couple of questions that I would highly
appreciate if you would give us feedback:

- Could you kindly advise on how the ticket should be bought: in
advance or in doors?

- We do not have relavent tools for skiing, please advise how much we
can rent the tool package plus the entrance ticket?

- As I understand that you tie up with several partners such as MC
Donald, Kentury Fried Chicken..therefore the visitors can get free
tickets in skiing if they get the stamps from these partners by using
their services?

- if there is any way viewing the website in English, please kindly
show us.

Thanks so much in advance for your support. and wish you all a happy
new year ahead!

Best regards,
Phuong

My best regards,

And wish YOU all the best in the coming new year!

Hi Phuong and welcome to the Travel Spain group!

Let's see if I can answer your questions:

> - Could you kindly advise on how the ticket should be bought: in

I haven't actually tried it, but in theory you can buy the ticket in advance online, using their online "Tienda". It seems you have to register first, which I did do, but I'm still waiting for the registration confirmation email which actually allows me access to the Tienda, so to be honest I wouldn't depend on this method, unless it has significantly improved by June.

Yes, you can hire all the equipment - they talk about a "Complete Pack" on the website, for 18€, which presumably includes everything you need. You can also hire skis, ski-poles, boots, trousers, etc. individually.

This is an offer they provide if you purchase a "forfait", or ski-pass. The pass includes several promotions in the ski-centre restaurants - when you make use of these promotions in McDonalds, etc., you get a stamp and have to accumulate stamps to get free skiing time. It seems that this is aimed at frequent visitors more than anything. I assume that you'll be visiting the centre just once, and therefore you won't much chance to accumulate stamps for free ski-time. Also, you'll only need the pass if you're going to stay all day, in which case you don't need the extra skiing time because the pass already includes all-day access.

Sorry, I don't think so.

Happy holidays!

Roger.
