On TeleMadrid, they've just reported that the current temperature in the Sierra of Madrid (at 7:30h in the morning) is -11ºC and in some village in Guadalajara that I didn't catch the name of, it is -18ºC !

We have a remote monitoring weather station in Almeria and while we
were there last month the average temp was 20 with the max around the
25 mark.
For this week the temps have been 10 (average) and 15 (max) with a min of 5C.
But this morning it was clear and the temperature is already 13C and rising - so while the really good weather in Nov seems to have gone its not as cold as in land.
A friend who visited Caceres (a bit south of Madrid) last week said that she had never been so cold....
