If you all have any specific suggestions for agencies and their open
government plans (or data), now's a good time to post them.

Sunlight's Bill Allison posted today on the DOJ page about
improvements for
lobbying disclosure requirements for lobbyists who work for foreign
entities
(FARA). You can read his comment in full here:

...and vote it up if you're so inclined.

You can get to the agencies' pages for open government through this
page:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/open/around

and then find a link for commentary or discussion.

Participation has the double benefit of having your voice heard
(agencies
are eager for meaningful input) and also rewarding receptive behavior.

Similarly, I've posted suggestions on the State Department's page that
winning grant proposals be published in full

http://www.openstate.ideascale.com/a/dtd/19813-7038

and that the forum itself should follow best practices for public
feedback

http://www.openstate.ideascale.com/a/dtd/19960-7038 .

There are lots of other good ideas up there, so please visit and vote
up or down as you like.
