Cloth bags for Potato Day

Hi all,
It is the time of year when we start preparing for Potato Day. We have almost 100 orders to be collected at the end of Jan. Rather than use plastic carrier bags for the orders, we make cloth shopping bags for our customers.
I have arranged to be at the Eco Hub on Wed 3rd and 10th Dec from 2 - 4pm with some cut out bags that need sewing up. We will have the use of the Hub's machines.
Anyone and everyone would be welcome to join in and do some sewing to get the last 15/20 completed.
Please note - the building is not well heated, so wrap up warm with lots of layers and fingerless gloves if you can work with them on.
The Hub is on the 1st floor of SOFA. The entrance is on the corner of Nottingham Rd and Clarence St before 4pm.
If you are able to sew some at home, I will have them with me at the Repair Cafe tomorrow or we can make some other arrangement.

We got the last of the cut out bags completed today. We now have over 100 for Potato Day.
