website; but there will definitely be a nod to Shrove Tuesday and a

Apropos of volunteers, after the flurry of emails over the last couple
of days my understanding of who might be willing/able to do what is
summarised below. Any clarifications or updates appreciated asap.
Thanks, Nick.

Cathy has offered to fit in with FoH or tidying. Lewis may well be
available to help in the kitchen.

Kitchen: Gemma, Christine, Josiah (2 more needed)

Tidying: Eloise, Chantal (1 more needed)

Front of house: Lesley (2 more needed, but Kate, Rita and Rob may be
helping)

Setting up: Pat, Beryl, Daphne (sorted)

I will be helping doing tables and flowers from 4pm. I cannot think
that I will be needed for long as Beryl Logg will be there too. Put
me on to help with anything else which is needed.
Daphne do we need to encourage more to come?

We're quite well supported with volunteers now Daphne but short of
"punters" so, YES we do need to encourage more to come (especially
with a press presence and photos being taken for publication). Josiah
has setup a booking form on the website and emailed some of the groups
who have been along before.
