Transit + Local Search Mashup

Similar in spirit to Brandon's post about Transitshed last week, I want to share some tools I've been working on:

It's a transit + local search mashup that let's you answer questions like "What are all the mexican restaurants less than 20 minutes away by bus from my house?"  Think of it as Transitshed + Yelp.  Right now, data is for King County Metro in Seattle, WA, but if you have GTFS + OSM, will travel.

Since I'm a Seattleite and all, the default demo query is, of course, what coffee shops can I get to by bus?

I can't wait to show this off at FrontSeat - ever since creating my
transitshed thingie I've been thinking of how to mash it up with Yelp.
I noticed browsing through the source repository you have a metrokc to
GTFS converter - I'm just beginning work on one. Mind if I steal
liberally?

Ironically, I was supposed to be meeting with Matt Lerner at Front Seat about 20 minutes ago to talk about this stuff, but we had to reschedule for next week.  So transit-developers got an email instead ; )

As for metrokc2gtfs, of course, use the source!  That's why it's there.  That said, it's a pretty complex process which I haven't really documented yet.  Are you already getting MetroKC database dumps?  Did you fill out a waiver?  If so, I can also just give you the completed GTFS.
