There’s been a lot of talk in the news recently about gender identity
disorder. The government recently declared transgender employees are
now protected by anti-discrimination laws in the workplace. A
transgender man was violently attacked at his East Memphis home last
month. Police say his sexuality was the motive for the beating. So
what is it, how is it identified, and how should families react? Kent
Fisher deals with these questions as a counselor at Experiential
Healing Center.
