We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help out with the upcoming event. We're looking for volunteers to help us "bump in" on Saturday (8/10/2011) and/or the event on Sunday (9/10/2011).
It would be amazing if #sayitlikeSteve
(a) Four people (not including us) for Saturday - bonus points if someone has a car for the shop; and (b) 6 to 8 on Sunday.
We're also seeking assistance with equipment - extension cords, power boards, screens, projectors, video cameras (and tripods), an ice-cream machine and a PA system.
I'm coordinating the volunteers and equipment this year. If you're interested to find out more, feel free to give me a bell.
I can donate 2 x projection screens, 1 maybe 2 projectors, some video cables, powerboards, power cables.
Might need help with transporting the screens back & forth.
Alas, No icecream machine, sorry :)
