Hi Tom,

thanks for your feedback. The fitness value is derived from the heart-
rate value and the speed. Speed is derived from the distance and
duration. So when you enter all three values manually you should gain
a fitness value that is then being depicted in the workout chart.

In case the fitness chart is not being drawn there could be two causes:
- Right click into the chart and make sure fitness is checked in the
context menu.
- Enter more than two weeks of data as the trend line needs some data
to calculate a trend for.

hope this helped,
best regards,
- berbie.

Hi Wolfgang,

Thanks for the quick response. I've been traveling and so I did not
have a chance to give your suggestions a try until this weekend.

Unfortunately, I'm still not able to get the fitness trendline to
work. I loaded 41 workouts into the diary and also tried right
clicking in the chart to select Fitness. However, I wasn't able to
get a context menu to appear to no matter where I right clicked within
the diary's chart and/or legend. I"m running the latest version
1.8v295 of TrailRunner and reloaded a fresh version of the software to
ensure that it was installed correctly.

I also have two other questions about TrailRunner that hopefully you
can answer:

1) Since I spend a lot of time indoors on a trainer, is it possible to
import the time, speed, cadence, pace, distance, & heart rate data to
visualize that individual workout if there isn't a GPS track
associated with it; e.g. the same features available for analyzing a
workout but without the elevation data? This feature is obviously
available in Garmin Training Center but is also a feature in
iSmartTrain, Ascent, and TrackRunner.

2) Do you have plans to add pace and/or cadence in the manage workout
charts as either a trendline or data point?

I know TrailRunner cannot be everything for everybody, but I really
like your approach to the product and its ease of use. The user
interface is much more elegant and intuitive than iSmartTrain, Ascent,
and the like.

Merry Christmas!

Tom

I have fixed this in the latest Release v297 so you might give it
another try…
