The Trail Monster Running Fat Ass 50k will be held on Saturday, February 28th beginning at 8am from Chuck & Katy's house at 9 Merrill Road in Freeport.

The course is a fairly flat 7.88 mile loop on snowmobile and snowshoe trails with a few very short sections of paved road. Four laps make a little more than 50k, but participants may run 1 to 4 laps.

Please bring a hot or cold food item to share with other runners. There will be no aid on the course but there will be plenty of food and drinks at the beginning/end of each lap. Bathroom facilities, and a fireplace will also be available and ultrarunning movies will be on show for inspiration during or amusement after the run.

Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.
