Hell II postponed 1 week

Trail Monsters Ian & Emma are bolting down to PA on Nov 22 so I'm
postponing Hell II to Sunday November 29. It just wouldn't be Hell
without Ian & Emma. This is the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Hopefully,
everyone will have returned from family obligations, etc. etc.

Not sure that we'll be back by then, haven't finalized our plans.

Jeff -

Looks like Erin and I will be able to make it, so count us down.

I have no idea what kind of shape I'm in...I haven't run fast since
the Summer and my training is pretty low-mileage right now.
