Back Cove This Evening

Kate and I are running the Back Cove this evening. NOT the race, though if you are racing we'll probably see you there and would love to cheer you on. I'll be doing two laps at an easy pace (already ran a tempo this morning) and Kate will be doing one lap plus a little more at her pace.

Come one, come all. Will get there around 5pm.

I wish I packed some running clothes :( I have 3 pairs of running shoes...hmmmmm

Erin, Lillian and myself will be there, Erin will be running at 5, I'll be running at 6, but I'm going to take part in the race.
