I haven't tried Kale in the dehydrator yet, just went the oven route for the only time I made Kale chips so far (250-300 or so for 40 minutes). They were tasty, although Erin wasn't as big a fan. They didn't last long, even so.
If you want to stop in you can borrow ours, we rarely get places lately...be aware that I make beef jerky and things of that sort so if you aren't a fan of things touched by meat it'd be a bad route to go.
Speaking of which, it's been a while...I should make some jerky while the weather is still cool...
