When I commit change and choose ticket status to fixed or closed, the
ticket won’t change to closed in fact. Is there any configuration
setting wrong or Trac explorer don't support status update?

I'm pretty sure you need to have the Trac post-commit hook enabled
(1). I don't think it has anything to do with Trac Explorer, rather a
server side issue.

See also (2).

may I ask how to enable trac post commit?:( I am not python
developer...and just new to trac.
I saw the link http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/trunk/contrib/trac-post-commit-hook
and don't know what is next to do.
Should I copy that code and save as *.py and place to svn hooks
directory?

Most answers can be found on StackOverflow :)

There should probably be a footnote in the documentation (1) about the
need to have the Trac post-commit hook enabled for ticket transitions
to occur.
