Tracexplorer fails to showup in tortoisesvn

When committing in tortoisesvn, I cannot see any change after I
installed
tracexplorer, for what I understood I should be able to choose among
the tickets. But what I get is the interface with the BugID/Issue Nr.
Textbox.

At the moment it's really hard to find some info on tracexplorer
because of the site that is not working.

You must first go to TortoiseSVN settings and add a new issue tracker
provider under "Hook scripts \ Issue tracker integration".

Afterwards you will see a button in the commit dialog.

I did it.. with the option:

But I could not see any button anyway.. actually I could not find a
screenshot, so I don't know what to expect.
