[tracexplorer] TracExplorer with VS2010 Pro

Start VS2010 in administrator mode.
Open C:\program files\trac explorer\bin\TracExplorer.VSTrac.AddIn

Replace 8.0 by 9.0 and 9.0 by 10.0

File after change:
