Sent using a web interface, so I am sending this instead of working.
In such cases, you should create a session, i.e. follow the
''preferences'' link and setup some information there.

Thanks to both the folks who brought that up - got it to work.
I find it really odd that a spam filter would stop a CC field - it's not
like I was trying to add a comment to the ticket or anything.
The spammers used to spam any ticket field, including the CC: field ;)
