User Profiles / websvn style browsing

Ok so as the records show I've been having some issues with trac but I
think I've gotten most of them sorted out now. Now I'm just curious
about a few behaviors that I'd like to add to the system thru plugins
and/or macro's that I'm not entirely sure exsist.

First, is there a way to add user profiles (similar to say the PHPBB
profile system) so that user names become links to this profile. I'm
just asking as this trac is running in a 'center' setting that supports
several labs and not everyone knows everyone else.

Second, we have a system called websvn running here but I'd like to
deprecate it and move everyone's projects over to the trac enviroment.
Is there anyway to get the websvn behavior (downloading entire source
area as .tar files for example) inside trac or do they have to be first
made into tar files and linked on a page inside the trac system?
